Come and celebrate Roald Dahl's birthday with us in the magical garden of his home - Gipsy House - in Great Missenden. This is the fifth annual Roald Dahl Day, celebrating the work, life and multi-faceted legacy of one of the world's best-loved storytellers. Roald Dahl Day events and activities will be taking place nationally throughout September.

At the Museum (for details of entry fees see their
website), a short walk from Gipsy House, Miss Trunchbull will overseeing events and there will be guided Village Trails, magicians, face-painting and behind-the-scenes archive tours offering a rare chance to view original Matilda manuscripts.
